Hi
I did a bad thing I aint going to bore you with the details but sufficient to say I got a 1 Bill ISK fine from CCP on my main account
here's the thing when your account is in a negative balance you can not do ANYTHING in eve
cant claim a free escrow
cant run agent missions (they want escrow)
cant use the market (even for insta selling)
cant do a direct trade between charectors
I can (and do) hunt in 0.0 but thats about the only thing I got left
what I would like to ask the comunity for is help
yeah I did a bad thing I admit it I am sorry I got a 10day ban (wich I deserved) now I would like to get back to the game
if you got any extra ISK (any amount helps) please give it to the charector I am posting with
pls dont flame be rude or a a-hole in this thread as I dont want it locked if you can give pls do so if you cant just move on

as for the EULA I did NOT break it I did do something bad though and feel the 10day ban was a suiteble punishment
what I did was a legal enough thing in eve (scam) however the type I did was not (only I did not know that before hand as it was the first time I tried it)

lol if I wanted to scam more ppl I would make a alt and scam more (only escrow scams and that type as they are legal) however I do not wish to do that the charector that I was using for the scam btw was not the one that got the fine and that was my uber evil pirate/scammer this charector that got the negative ISK balance is a industrialist and lives in empire and tries he's best to be a good Citizen
again you dont have to help as I said I did a bad thing I admit that I am sorry I did what I did (wanted a new toy real bad and made a bad decision) however I also know that I have helped others when they where in a bad spot and I am hoping that there are others out there like myself that will help you are not one and thats ok

like I said I am kinda screwed atm :-) I am not asking for pity I know what I did was wrong and that I deserve it
I am asking for ISK cause I cant play and I am a addict
also remember when I do run out of ammo (or lose a ship) I cant buy more (wich again sucks) though of course the idear of a buddy jetisoning the item (s) are a god one (thanks)

Well firstly, you can't be in negative isk...but if you were, you could claim free escrow (costs nothing), you could run kill missions (no isk required) and you can direct trade between characters (once again no isk required).
And as far as I'm aware, you'd be the first character to be given an isk penalty for doing something 'bad'. Try mining veld in Jita!

you can in fact have a negative acount ISK it happens A if CCP takes away ISK from your account B if you got certain trade skills that allow you to use money not in your wallet (dont remember the name of that skill atm)
and what I said is true you can NOT use the regular market for even insta sells (as the market claim the tax BEFORE the transaction) you can verify this by making a alt and try to sell something that its value exeds you wallet amount
you can not recive even a free escrow we tried that today samme goes for direct trading between charectors
you can however transfer stuff to your corp and (if you are a director) use the corp wallet however thats the ONLY way to use ISK and trade is by using corp wallet
yeah I did something bad I tried to scam someone by selling a charector that did not exist thats all I did I thought that scamming was allowed in Eve and in fact it is read this

1) A scam is what happens when someone takes advantage of your misplaced trust and robs you of your possessions via legal in-game means. When this occurs, there is nothing the GM¦s/Support Team can do for you. Although low and despicable, this is something that can happen in real life, and the world of EVE-Online has been made to resemble it in as many fundamental ways as possible. Example of a scam can be found here.
2) An exploit is when someone takes advantage of a bypass in normal game mechanics, allowing him to take advantage of you without you having any means of preventing it whatsoever. When this occurs, we implore you to contact your friendly neighbourhood GM/Support Team as soon as possible, to allow them to investigate the incident, prevent it from happening to anyone else, and possibly reimburse you for your loss.
The problem is knowing the difference between the two. Hopefully this guide will help you determining whether or not you have been the victim of a legal in-game cheat, or an illegal exploit. If you aren¦t sure, please contact a GM or the support team and they will help you determine. In the end, it will always be your responsibility though, to prevent yourself from being taken advantage of, and the tools you employ to that end are a level head, practicality and a healthy distrust of strangers.
Often you can tell whether or not you are dealing with someone who¦s trying to scam you by the way he is acting. If you feel that you are being rushed through a transaction, or if something doesn¦t feel right, you should back out. After all, it¦s a big galaxy and there are plenty more business opportunities out there.
CCP claims that the type of scam I did was unlegal though and I accept that verdict (though they said it was NOT a exploit)
they game the person I scammed back their 1 Bill ISK and since I already spend the ISK I went negative
I spend that ISK on a new toy that is now worth maybe 500M (IF I can get that much)
so I am screwed
